Keeping you safe
Our products and installations – safety first
Your safety is our priority. That’s why all our window blinds, curtain cords and installations fully comply
with the latest child-safety regulation EN13120.
More than that, we are an accredited member of the BBSA – the UK’s only trade association for blinds,
awnings, shutters and associated services. This means we are fully committed to the Make It Safe
campaign endorsed by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents and the Child Accident Prevent Trust among others.
Your blinds – being safe
Whether it is our installation or yours, you can keep safe by following these simple rules -
Wherever possible, choose blinds with cordless or concealed cord operation.
Keep all cords and chains securely out of reach of babies and young children.
Use a Chainbreak connector that breaks apart under pressure but is easy to reconnect.
Keep the cord or chain permanently taut through the use of a cord or chain tidy, fixed securely to an adjacent surface, and at the maximum distance from the top of the blind.
